This Privacy Policy applies to personal data in our possession or under our control, including personal data in the possession of organisations which we have engaged to collect, use, disclose or process personal data on our behalf.
1. Collection of Personal Data
We generally do not collect your personal data unless (a) it is provided voluntarily by you directly or via a person duly authorised by you, after you have been informed of the purposes for which the data is collected and, where applicable, you have consented in writing or in such other form as permitted under the PDPA, or (b) collection and use of personal data without consent is permitted or required under the PDPA or any other written law.

4. Consent and Withdrawal of Consent
The consent you provide for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data will remain valid until you withdraw it. You may, at any time, withdraw your consent or request that we cease collecting, using, and/or disclosing your personal data for any or all of the purposes set out above.
To withdraw consent, please submit your request in writing or by email to our Data Protection Officer using the contact details below. We will, in general, seek to process your request within ten (10) business days of receipt.
Please note that withdrawing consent may affect our ability to continue providing services to you. Depending on the nature of your request, we may not be able to continue acting for you, to respond to your enquiry, or to deliver a product or service you have signed up for. We will inform you of any likely consequences before proceeding with your withdrawal request.
Withdrawal of consent will not affect any collection, use or disclosure of personal data which had already taken place prior to the withdrawal, or any personal data we are required to retain under applicable law.
5. Access and Correction
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, or request correction of any personal data that is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or out of date. Requests should be made in writing or by email to our Data Protection Officer.
We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible and, in general, within thirty (30) days of receipt of a complete request. In certain circumstances permitted under the PDPA, we may decline an access or correction request, or charge a reasonable fee for meeting an access request. Where we do so, we will inform you of the reason.
6. Accuracy of Personal Data
We will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal data in our possession is accurate and complete, where we are likely to use the data to make a decision that affects you or to disclose the data to another organisation. However, this is conditional on you providing us with accurate and up-to-date information, and notifying us promptly of any changes.
7. Retention of Personal Data
We will retain your personal data only for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws. In particular:
- Enquiry and prospect data where no engagement proceeds is retained for up to 24 months from the date of last contact
- Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for at least five (5) years thereafter, to comply with statutory record-keeping and tax requirements in Singapore
- Waitlist, subscriber and marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or request its deletion
We will cease to retain personal data, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, once we determine that the data is no longer necessary for any legal or business purpose.
8. Protection of Personal Data
We will take reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data in our possession or under our control against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. These arrangements include administrative, physical and technical safeguards such as encrypted transmission where appropriate, access controls, vendor due diligence, training of personnel, and written confidentiality obligations.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we will use reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
9. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach which is assessed to result in significant harm to the affected individuals, or which is of a significant scale, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals within the timeframes required under the PDPA.
10. Transfer of Personal Data Outside of Singapore
We generally do not transfer your personal data to countries outside of Singapore. Where we do so, whether directly or through our service providers, we will ensure that the recipient is bound by legally enforceable obligations to provide a standard of protection that is at least comparable to that under the PDPA, as required by the Transfer Limitation Obligation.
